Our infrastructure underpins all of Expedia Group to provide stable, secure and fast services to travelers.Our Strategic Program Delivery Team seeks a highly skilled Senior Manager to manage Program Intake and a team of Technical Program Managers supporting program management within the Security and Privacy organization. This person will work collaboratively with other Senior Managers as well.What you’ll do:Support the team in establishing and effectively managing working relationships with stakeholders.

Coach the team in partner mapping, whole systems approach, Agile methodologies.

Connect teams across disciplines to build common tools, language, systems, and structure to drive the development of the team.

Stay current on and ensure the team stays current on industry trends, serving as a subject matter expert.

Participate in Agile sprint planning with Product and Engineer leaders and ensure portfolio impacts are integrated into team roadmaps.

Work with the team to manage actual or potential gaps in resourcing for projects and recommend strategies to mitigate.

Manage project portfolio and participate in prioritization decisions.

Evaluate the full complement of team talent, identify gaps and implement action plans to fill gaps and drive achievement of goals.

Craft the culture of their team by building team rituals, processes and practices that build strong team bonds and an open trusting environment where diverse viewpoints, opinions, and approaches and candid conversations and critiques can happen.

Who you are:6+ years of corporate experience.

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Technical field or equivalent professional experience.

Strong experience leading organizational change and/or end-to-end program management.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills, including plan status, results, and presentations.

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $173,000 to $242,500. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.The total cash range for this position in Washington is $173,000.00 to $242,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $277,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
