We are currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at 1601 Colorado, a 112 unit apartment community in Denver, CO.
Position Summary:
As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the property.
Responsibilities:
Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goalsBuild strong resident relations and provide excellent customer serviceTrain, direct, motivate, and assist site personnelEstablish positive relationships within the communityBe on-call as scheduled by management
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years of previous property management experience preferredSection 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferredYardi software experience preferredAbility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed
Pay:
$58k - $62k
