As the manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the weatherization install division, including overseeing a team of installers and administrative processes. Other responsibilities will include:Creating and fostering a positive cultureMeeting the companies’ targetsTraining employeesMaking personnel decisionsEnsuring exemplary customer serviceEngaging with vendorsMonitoring financial activitiesAs a Home Performance Contractor in the Mass Save Program, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with the utility companies and associated lead vendors, as well as complying with all program standards, QC thresholds, rules, and regulations. Having previous experience in the Mass Save program is preferred.Weatherization Field Supervisor Responsibilities:
Training team leads and staffEvaluating performance and productivity through the use of metricsCreating action plans to improve existing policies and proceduresPerforming quality control inspectionsWeatherization Field Supervisor Requirements:
