Today, Bell is shaping the future of aviation…And we want you.Commercial Product MarketingBring your experience and ideas to this unique multi-dimensional role at Bell that is a combination of Engineering Technical Sales Support, Technical Product Marketing, and Strategic Planning.You will partner with the Bell Sales Team to develop mission profile analysis, payload range analysis, performance specifications, operating cost analysis, life cycle cost analysis and develop new sales support tools that respond to our unique customers.What you’ll be doing as an Aircraft Performance SpecialistDeveloping in-depth product performance comparisons of Bell vs. competitor products using Flight Manuals and respective aircraft performance charts.Collecting, synthesizing and interpreting the Voice of Customer to determine actionable steps necessary to improve Bell competitiveness.Creating analytical forecast models and get buy-in from senior leadership.Developing and producing the technical information/specifications for world class marketing collateral that differentiate Bell products and services.Updating marketing materials, including product fact sheets, spec books, competitive briefings, and competition guides.Performing total operating cost and lifecycle cost analysis using the available tools.Providing technical support for proposals in response to RFIs, RFPs, and various solicitations.Skills You Bring To this RoleAbility to build and maintain effective collaborative relationships and interact with cross-functional groups to solve business and customer issues in the overall sales process.Understanding of the aircraft product performance, competitive landscape, strengths, weaknesses, market trends, win/loss analysis.Ability to integrate the objectives of regional, market segment and customer experts to implement coordinated product plans.Very strong verbal and written communication skills.What you need to be successfulBachelor’s degree, preferably in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.At least 2 years related experience in aerospace or engineering.What we offer you in returnYou’ll be off every other Friday with our 9/80 work schedule.80 hours of Personal Time Off (PTO).120 hours Vacation time.12-13 paid holidays per year.6 weeks parental leave.On-site clinic, pharmacy, physical therapy, and licensed counselor.Access to more than 11 Employee Resource Groups.And so much more.It’s time to make your mark on the future of aviation.
