Qualifications
8 Years Experience in performing complex business analysis and writing technical documentation8 Years Experience utilizing business analysis skills and interacting with business end-users to gather, validate and document business requirements and translate into technical solutions to satisfy the business needs to technical staff8 Years Experience analyzing program policies, business processes and procedures, and developing & maintaining the related functional and technical documentation8 Years Experience performing review and approval processes of complex technical user and system requirements written by vendors8 Years Experience in effective general written/oral communication, including documenting requirements, deliverables, test scenarios and project status8 Years Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Teams, Word, Excel, etc.)5 Years Experience coordinating and developing test plans/strategies, exit criteria and test scenarios5 Years Experience executing detailed test cases within a complex software environment5 Years Experience using testing management software5 Years Experience reporting project status to management including risks, issues, and key decisions5 Years Experience identifying project risks and issues; and developing/implementing mitigation strategies5 Years Experience with Microsoft Project or similar project management software5 Years Experience utilizing the Agile software development methodology5 Years Experience with business process analysis including developing and maintaining 'as-is' and 'to-be' business process diagrams5 Years Experience with Medicaid and CHIP services
