The mission of this role is to be a “player coach”, supporting in the development and growth of the SDR function. Our SDM will be responsible for building pipeline within their territory, carrying a personal quota, as well as team quota. Reporting to the Director of Inside Sales and Sales Development, this role will work closely with their team of SDRs plus the wider Sales and Marketing functions. This role will place you at the forefront of cutting-edge technology. You'll have the opportunity to shape and lead a talented SDR team, driving growth and success in a dynamic market. A results-oriented mindset, coupled with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative environment, would make them a perfect fit for WEKA's ambitious growth goals in the US market.Responsibilities include:Player (SDR) / Coach -SDM will be responsible for building pipeline within their territory, carrying a personal quota, as well as team quotaReporting to Director of Inside Sales and Sales DevelopmentWorking closely with the SDR team to provide them with training and supportHolding weekly 1:1s with your team of SDRsLead SDR team to team and individual quota attainmentsHolding multiple weekly power hours and call blocksFrequent and effective communication with Director of Inside Sales and Sales DevelopmentSupporting SDR Director with the day-to-day management of the teamHeavily involved in recruiting as the company scales up their sales development organization and shadowing/interviewing candidatesMonitoring key metrics to analyze and improve the efficiency of SDR processesProspecting and building the sales pipeline for the Regional Sales Management team by engaging with prospects by phone, email, social media and through online eventsAssist in evolution of Sales Development program and provide consistent feedbackEncouraging creativity and strategic thinking when it comes to outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video-mails, events) to generate leads on well-identified target marketsContribute positivity and motivation to team dailyManaging data in their CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to dateSharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to growthDesired QualificationsMust be in Tampa; this will be a hybrid role in our Tampa office (2-3 days/week)Schedule flexibility and ability to work beyond 9am-5pmAbility to travel nationally and internationally

Proven success within the SDR position1+ years of SDR leadership experienceManagerial, coaching or enablement experienceBachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred: Business Administration (Sales, Management, Marketing); Information TechnologySuperb phone presence and pleasant personalityQuick and eager learner with entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitudeStrong team player mentalityPrecise organizational skills and ability to follow directions carefullyAbility to nurture professional relationships as well as work cross-collaboratively internallyCritical thinking skills and solve problems in a systematic mannerSalesforce/CRM and Sales Engagement Platform (Outreach, SalesLoft) experience preferredWell-rounded knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office product linesExcellent communication, listening and negotiation skillsA strong interest in working in a fast-paced environmentThe ability to independently organize and prioritize your workloadExperience using CRM softwareTenacity and determinationConcerned you don’t meet every qualification?
