Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant Director to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing various aspects of university education administration, ensuring the smooth operation of academic programs, and providing leadership to support the growth and development of our institution.Duties:
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive academic success and improve student outcomes.Collaborate with department heads, faculty, and staff to identify and address challenges and opportunities within academic programs.Manage budgets and allocate resources to support the delivery of academic programs and services.Educate and mentor students, faculty, and staff to promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Provide guidance and support to students and faculty to ensure their academic and personal success.Oversee the administration of academic programs, including curriculum development, program assessments, and accreditation processes.Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote collaboration and opportunities for students and faculty.Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or a related field.Proven experience in education administration, preferably in a university setting.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent strategic planning and budgeting abilities.Ability to educate and mentor students, faculty, and staff.Experience with education administration and academic program management.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in academic programs and services.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $18.85 per hourExpected hours: 30 – 40 per weekBenefits:
