As the Warehouse Operations Specialist you’ll be involved in the efficient coordination of inventory, ensuring accurate assembly of products, and timely delivery to customers.You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the warehouse and ensuring that products are assembled correctly and delivered promptly. The Warehouse Operations Specialist role coordinates the receipt and storage of shipments including product pickup, loading and unloading products, product assembly using hand tools, periodic customer site delivery, and inventory management. This role is accountable in the areas of order receipt, stock verification, general warehouse organization, assembling items according to standards of quality and safety of the premises and all vehicle operations.Core Responsibilities

Conducts physical inventories and keeps accurate recordsMaintains and cleans warehouse/office facilities to keep the space orderly, clean, and in safe conditionMaintains vehicles (e.g. fluid levels, fueling, cleaning) for safe operationsPrepares and assembles customer orders for timely deliveryTransports orders and materials to designated locationsInteracts occasionally with clients in a professional mannerProcesses various documents such as mail, packages, work ordersReceives in stock and non-stock items ensuring specifications are met (quality/quantity) and notes any discrepancies or damagesAssists other personnel as requiredSkills & Experience

Ability to problem solve, build action plans and communicate findingsAdapt to changing priorities while maintaining schedules and deadlinesCommunicate with diverse groups of people and work as part of a teamLift, carry, push, pull or guide up to 50 or more pounds individually or with assistanceClimb, balance, frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl and have significant finger dexterityRequirements
