Job Title: Shopper Insights Manager

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ.

Pay Rate: $68.00/hr

Staffmark Workforce Solutions offers this exciting contract opportunity at a global leader in electronics, mobile devices, and appliances located in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

Top Three Sets Required:

Primary Research

Project Management

Data Analytics

Responsibilities:

Support in delivering Shopper and Retail Insights learning plan based on business needs and priorities through Primary and secondary research.

Conduct Primary and leverage Secondary research to provide actionable insights while independently managing most research setups, with support and guidance from manager on more complex studies

Develop comprehensive research brief that includes detailed learning areas and action standards, with stakeholder buy-in

Manage project set up by:

Partnering with key stakeholders to gather key inputs and stim for testing

Supporting questionnaire setup, design and internal reviews, and quality checks

Project management and timelines of key phases and deliverables

Determine and recommend the best research methodology to address business questions

Identify the best vendor through appropriate RFP process (multi-vendor proposal review)

Analyze and interpret data, providing learnings that will bring value to the business

Deliver strong insights in a story-like presentation format that addresses all research objectives and includes actionable recommendations

Requirements:

Comprehensive, up-to-date research and analytical techniques and methodologies (notably Primary research, quantitative and qualitative). Syndicated research (e.g., IRI, Circana & Nielsen) experience a plus

Superior Shopper focused Insights experience; Shopper Marketing/ Channel Marketing experience a plus

Experience managing online research community a plus

Ability to triangulate data and insights from different sources to drive consultative decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, product management, sales, or related field.

5-7 years of experience analyzing consumer data and providing insights that drive business, including research methods and statistics.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
