What To Expect (Job Responsibilities):Maintain the ITAM database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date software asset recordsConduct periodic quality assurance audits to identify discrepancies and resolve or escalate themSupport software support and maintenance renewals process and provide inventory reportingProvide timely and meaningful information to business managers regarding software inventory, deployment, usage, and availabilityAssist with data integration from newly acquired organizations into Tetra Tech systems
What Is Required (Qualifications):Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing IT operation or admin roleExperience with enterprise agreements such as Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, and other enterprise vendorsProficiency in collecting data from various sources and using complex database toolsKnowledge of IT asset management and procurement processesStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):ITIL, ITAM, or SAM training or certificationExperience with PowerShell and other programming languagesKnowledge of engineering/scientific softwareNegotiation experience and solid purchasing knowledgeFamiliarity with APIs
