Sr. Project Manager - Gas Systems
Job Summary:The Sr. Project Manager Gas will be responsible for the safe delivery of gas fueled CHP and power solutions in adherence to strict budget, schedule, and scope as outlined in the customer contract. He also will support corporate sales.Job Functions (Essential):Manage projects from order to close out: project scope definition, risks, goals and deliverables which support organizational goals.Set and continually manage project expectations with both internal and external customers, effectively communicate project expectations in a timely and clear fashion.Proactively manage project scope changes, crises and risks and create contingency and mitigation plans.Prepare and deliver project progress reports (schedule, cost vs. budget, risks, tasks, etc.)Support continuous improvement of processes and products.Prepare, support, and lead regularly scheduled project meetings.Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.Determine the frequency and content of status meetings and reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.Identify potential additional revenue opportunities within the project.Define project success criteria and disseminate to involved parties throughout project life cycle, with the ability to work across multiple departments.Build, develop and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.Support during sales process.Assess project status via onsite meetings and work with contractors concerning generator set installation.Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Global Code of Conduct.Promote a safety culture within customer projects.Perform special projects as required.Posting Title:

OED - ExemptQualifications:Required:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Business Administration or Management and 5 years of experience in customer project execution and delivery for power generation solutions; or 9 years of experience in customer project execution and delivery for power generation solutions.Excellent customer interaction and customer centric mindset.Safety oriented mindset.Strong ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate into technical solutions.Strong experience in leading multi-functional project teams.Strong leadership and management skills.Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills.Excellent oral and written communication skills.A high attention to detail.Knowledge of RICE.Knowledge of electrical principles like AC and DC.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and MS Project.Preferred:Experience with MTU products.Basic knowledge of BESS products.Work Environment:Work Conditions:
