We are seeking a Manager of Resource Capacity Planning Operations. The manager will lead a team of 6+ team members on a high volume, highly efficient and responsive team. The manager will oversee all 3rd party sourcing, on/offboarding activities, headcount and organizational tracking, vendor management and supporting the resource managers in the ETP department. The ideal candidate will have experience using a PPM software, preferably Planview, and advanced skill in Excel, and the MSOffice suite. Process and Project Management experience will be necessary to support and build new processes in a fast paced, often growing and changing environment. Manages all daily activities including monitoring, maintenance, tracking, reporting, and problem resolution for theManage and ensure incident response, Incident Post-Mortem/Root Cause Analysis activities.Ensures proper management, maintenance, provisioning, and monitoring of all production end-user equipmentManages change initiatives in a systematic manner to ensure systems availability, performance, and reliabilityManages internal operations projects that may require cross-department resources and coordinationUndertakes system maintenanceProvides customer service to all internal staffMonitors the IT ticketing system to ensure timely correction of any incidentsAnalyzes activities and documented resolutions, identify problem areas, devise, and deliver solutions to enhance quality of service and prevent future issuesHelps to define key operational metrics, develop reporting, and set targets and continuously improve. Present operational metrics to IT Leadership on a consistent basisPartners with Infrastructure Team in areas of cross use resourcesOversees timely handover of new services/resource from IT teams to functional areasCommunicates with upper-management and internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutionsOversee and manage application development and maintenance across SGWSWorks with business partners to ensure a fit for purpose solution is designedResponsible for the delivery of required technology components on time and on budgetSupport – Escalations go directly to the technology teamsDevOps– standardize application development tools, standard process/practice, enterprise architecture, continuous deployment, and application monitoring capabilities.Mentors, develops, motivates, and coaches teams to work collaboratively and effectivelyWorks cross functionally across ETP and outside of ETP with key business stakeholders in and outside of SGWSWorks closely with the technical application development teams to drive continuous improvement and efficiencyApplies significant knowledge of industry trends, developments, and capabilities to address and improve business capabilitiesDevelops budget and manages work to budgetEnsures that solutions and services deliver at or above expected business valueParticipates in industry peer groups to understand industry trends and implements and recommends best practice solutionsDrives process and technology changes throughout the organization in support of business objectivesManages and responds to business-partner feedback to enable continuous improvementCommunicate effectively up and down the organizational hierarchy in IT and business executive leadershipDevelops and recommends changes to systems, policies, and proceduresSpecialized Skills and Technologies

5+ years of managing a high volume, highly responsive and effective team of 6+ team members5+ years of Portfolio Project Management software, preferably Planview or similar5+ years of resource supply and demand management, capacity planning, onboarding, offboarding and resource tracking5+ years of process improvement initiatives, including lean six sigma practices and process mapping3 – 5 years of experience with vendor management, meeting facilitation and coordination3 – 5 years of Training Development/Deployment5+ years of MSOffice Suite, including advanced skills in Excel2+ years of SharePoint. Project Place or similar collaboration softwareMinimum Qualifications
