Responsibilities:Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Interview face-to-face and on-site only.Work with the appropriate resources to define and write Functional and Technical Testable Requirements (Waterfall) and/or User Stories and Acceptance Criteria (Agile).Work with the QA Supervisor and/or QA Lead to create the Level of Effort (LOE) estimate for all testing activities within the project.Work with the QA Supervisor and/or QA Lead to assist in maintaining the Test Plan.Work with QA Team Lead, QA Project Lead, Business Analyst, Developers, and DBA’s in defining and writing detailed and reusable Functional, System Integration, and Regression test cases.Assist the Performance Engineer in determining business flows to be scripted and utilized in Performance/Load testing.Document all defects in the defect tracking tool in an accurate manner and within 24 hours.Escalate all challenges to the appropriate resource(s) within 24 hours.Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.Attend and participate in the Defect Triage meetings.Required Skills:1. B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) OR Associates degree (2 year) with five (5) years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst OR Seven (7) years’ experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst.2. Five (5) engagements in a Quality Assurance Analyst role, each with a different organization and each lasting a minimum of three (3) months.Desired Skills:Computer Science or Information Technology degree.Experience creating the following documentation:• Test Plan• Test Cases• Detailed defect logging• Test Closure/Test Summary ReportExperience with user interface testing.Experience writing and executing basic SQL query commands.Experience with in-depth requirement analysis and with breaking down requirements into testable requirements.Experience working in the healthcare domain.Additional Information
