Dairy Queen - Immediate Shift Lead Position

As a Shift Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive work environment for the team. Qualifications:
Minimum 1-3 years of high volume restaurant leadership experience, required
Strong knowledge and application of safe food handling practices
Functions:
Oversee entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts
Ensure crew are trained on all PRIDE systems, product recipes, and safety practices
Assist with developing strategies to increase average meal checks and frequency of customer visits
Establish and maintain high standards for fan service and handle customer concerns effectively
Coach and develop crew members to build a highly skilled and productive team
Responsibilities:
Perform under pressure in a high volume restaurant
Stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Work around allergens and other food products
Other duties as requested by the General Manager
