Position Overview:
This position is for a seasoned engineer who will perform various planning and design services and manage team activities on a wide range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review and oversee completion of site plan designs
Attendance at local Municipal meetings/hearings including expert testimony
Prepare project technical specifications
Interact, support and collaborate with clientele
Prepare cost estimates
Monitor and manage design team activities
Oversee administration of public bids
Manage external coordination with regulatory agencies
Review, evaluate, and test septic systems and soils
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years of related municipal/site/civil land development experience
Proven experience in providing expert testimony
New Jersey Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
Pennsylvania P.E. license
NJ CME certification
Solid knowledge of local, county, and state current land use regulations, guidelines and standards
Highly proficient in site grading design, stormwater management, and hydraulic and hydrologic analysis
Highly proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D
Experience in preparing project technical specifications, cost estimates, and public bids
Experience with external coordination with regulatory agencies.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 8-10 years of related municipal/site/civil land development experience
Successful history of providing expert witness services
BS in Civil Engineering
New Jersey Professional Engineering (P.E.) license
Pennsylvania P.E. license a plus
NJ CME certification, a plus
Solid knowledge of local, county, and state current land use regulations, guidelines and standards
Highly proficient in site grading design, stormwater management, and hydraulic and hydrologic analysis
Highly proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D

$92,200-$153,800
