Position Overview:Demonstrates exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities, quickly establishing rapport with diverse clients and prospects during and after the sales cycle.

Provides comprehensive support to internal teams, effectively addressing varying needs and demands within the sales process.

Represents the company at both internal and external business development functions, including industry conferences and company-hosted events.

Possesses advanced skills in grammar, spelling, and proofreading, with a commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and sound judgment.

Exhibits strong performance in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, with the ability to work autonomously and anticipate work requirements.

Preferred experience includes business development or operations within residential property management or a similar field.

The role involves proactive engagement in sales activities, including participation in business development meetings and events, which may involve travel and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition and business development.

Execute sales strategies to secure management contracts aligning with the company’s client acquisition objectives.

Support market expansion efforts by organizing and attending business development meetings as needed.

Directly engage in the sales process, including delivering presentations to potential clients.

Continuously seek and implement innovative approaches to communicate the company’s value proposition.

Monitor industry trends and competitive activities, providing insights and reports to senior leadership.

Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred), including updating lead information, scheduling follow-ups, and maintaining communication records.

Collaborate with the marketing team to prepare and respond to proposals (RFPs).

Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing client communities, leading the internal sales efforts.

Deliver effective client presentations and drive deal closures.

Coordinate the strategy for sales presentations, including preparing materials, coordinating team participation, and managing pre- and post-meeting communications.

Participate in additional initiatives as directed by senior leadership.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree required, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a service-oriented industry.

Experience with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).

The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with strategic sales capabilities, engaging in marketplace activities and collaborating with Market Leaders, operational Executives, and the Marketing Department to generate leads, drive sales, and achieve targets.
