DescriptionSr. Project Manager with Digital experienceCognizant is looking for an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile Methodologies, Project Planning, and MS Project with specific experience in Pharma clinical processes and McKesson - Clinical. This role requires expertise in Pharmacy Benefit Management and will focus on driving project success and ensuring alignment with company goals.ResponsibilitiesLead project planning sessions to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.Oversee the development and implementation of project plans using MS Project.Provide guidance on Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency.Manage project resources and ensure optimal utilization.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.Ensure compliance with Pharma clinical processes and McKesson Clinical standards.Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure project transparency.Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management.Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices.Collaborate with Pharmacy Benefit Management teams to ensure domain-specific requirements are met.Occasional Travel.QualificationsPossess strong expertise in Agile Methodologies and Project Planning.Demonstrate proficiency in using MS Project for project management.Have in-depth knowledge of Pharma clinical processes and McKesson Clinical.Exhibit experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management.Showcase excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Display strong problem-solving and risk management abilities.Salary and Other Compensation : Applications will be accepted until 10/10/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $72,444 - $142,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
