Our client, a global leader in specialty manufacturing, is seeking an experienced Enzyme Modification Specialist & Flavorist to join their team. This person would be responsible for leading projects and maintaining an organized laboratory environment.Requirements:3+ years of Flavor creation Experience.BS degree in Food Technology, Chemistry or Life Sciences with 7+ years in creative function
.Membership in the Society of Flavor Chemists is a plus.Ability to analyze projects for commercial potential and viability and the ability to deemphasize projects that will not be scaleable to manufacturing.Proven ability for learning new computer/software systems.Ability to build & maintain strategic working relationships.Location/Travel:
Onsite in WI.
