The Senior Business Analyst at SuperCare Health will play a pivotal role in driving business efficiency and success. This individual will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and working closely with various departments to implement strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of driving business growth through insightful analysis and strategic recommendations.What You’ll Do

Business Analysis & Reporting:

Ability to translate the root cause of business problems and translate into granular work items.Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.Develop detailed business requirements and specifications for new initiatives.Create and maintain comprehensive business analysis documentation.Stakeholder Engagement

Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather requirements and understand their needs.Facilitate communication between business units and the IT department to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.Lead meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations with senior management.Project Management

Manage and oversee the implementation of business improvement projects from inception to completion.Develop project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Data Analysis & Interpretation

Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.Use data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and business planning.Continuous Improvement

Identify and implement best practices for business analysis and project management.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in business analysis methodologies.Mentor and provide guidance to junior business analysts.This role may be a fit if you have..

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field, with a focus on healthcare industry preferred.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).Excellent communication and presentation skills.Relationship-building skills, collaborator, comfortable with engaging cross-functional teams and external partnersProven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Experience with healthcare systems and processes.Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification.Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.Any employment proposal is contingent upon satisfactory completion of: Background Check, Reference Check(s), Driving Record (if applicable), Pre-employment Drug and TB TestsWhat SuperCare Health Is About
