We are currently seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join us as a Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Systems. As the leading supply chain solutions business in the aerospace industry, Customers are at the heart of our business.
The
Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Systems
is a pivotal role within the hardware business unit responsible for overseeing the development and design of complex supply chain-business intelligence systems and guiding and developing the skills of junior analysts within our organization. They are leaders in analytics and ensure the successful delivery of technical solutions aligned with business objectives. Specifically, they are experts within the supply chain systems including but not limited to: Qliksense, Kinaxis Rapid Response, and other in-house developed applications.
The Senior Analyst, Supply Chain Systems works with primary stakeholders from around the business to create management information, KPI’s and systems to aid in the optimization and efficient running of the supply-chain.

About You:
Design, develop, and maintain Kinaxis Rapid Response resources:
Contribute to the architecture and solution delivery.
Share knowledge of RR best practices, business processes, technical architecture, functional and technical design to junior analysts.
Author and update advanced workbooks, automation chains, and alert extracts.
Primary lead of Qliksense App Development:
Develop supply chain apps and solutions for users.
Responsible for data integration of systems including but not limited to RR, JDE, and GEAC models into Qliksense.
Establish standard development cycles and architecture.
Provide analytics to senior stakeholders and users:
Interact closely with subject matter experts (SME) on functional requirements gathering.
Ability to report on business performance, areas of improvement, and root cause analysis.
Utilize comprehensive understanding of business processes and supply chain to provide analytical solutions.
Guidance of supply chain systems and analytics:
Training on technical skills and business processes.
Mentoring on best practices, efficient coding, and effective visualizations.
Support on escalated requests from senior stakeholders related to analytics, supply chain systems, and root cause analysis.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelors Degree (equivalent) or relevant industry experience.
Experience in use of SQL or Python programming languages essential.
Experience in use of JIRA issue and project tracking software essential.
Experience in use of Kinaxis Rapid Response essential.
Experience in use of QlikView or other BI tools essential.
Experience in use of Power Automate advantageous.
