The x Manager role will support the execution of initiatives that drive engagement, efficiency and impact. The ideal candidate will possess a unique mix of operational excellence, analytical rigor, natural curiosity with strong program management and communication skills. This individual contributor role reports into the Senior Director, People Team Business Planning and Operations, and is based in Austin, TX.Essential Functions :Support the Business Planning and Operations team with wide-ranging initiatives including:Process creation and improvement to ensure the team delivers on our prioritiesCoordinate Business and Objective and Key Results (OKR) reviewsFacilitate financial planning and headcount management activities with Finance, Workforce Planning and People Business PartnersIdentify, manage and facilitate collaboration opportunities (Team calendar, In the Know Sessions, Community of Practices)Create and collaborate on presentations for the team and leadershipSupport special projects from inception to execution with clear communication, outcomes, and responsibilitiesResearch best practices and support team members in the research, design and execution of internal consulting and program optimization projectsThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications :5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications :6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD5-8 years professional experience, management consulting or business operations experience, a plusA team player and collaborator, who works well with a diverse group of individuals in a dynamic and matrixed environment (ex. The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 100,700 to 154,600 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
