Responsibilities:
Completes work-orders in an effective and timely mannerReacts immediately to emergency work orders or calls after work hoursPerforms routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural damage, for example, window, door or wall repairRepairs broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixturesWorks on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occursMaintains the building HVAC equipment in order to keep climate control in the facility functioning properlyPaints the building when the paint has become faded or chippedDeals with the trash can issue and maintain the cleaning environment for the communityFixes potential safety hazards to avoid injuriesRequirements:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) is requiredMinimum 2 years related experience performing maintenance tasks.Excellent communication, negotiation skills and customer orientationAbility to handle physical workloadAbility to operate various power tools.Must have own set of tools.Must own a pick-up truckTravel from property site to site
