What you'll be doing...

The VGS Culture and Change Management Services Team in Strategic Business Operations provides change management support to VGS leaders and their transformational programs/projects. You will become a trusted partner to the business by helping leaders empower their teams to embrace change, excel in a time of unprecedented tech advancement, and navigate disruptions with confidence. You will help enable VTeamers to adopt and sustain new ways of working using a structured approach and tool sets to help VGS employees commit to the future state.

The Manager, Culture and Change Management Project Delivery will execute a prioritized portfolio of change management and culture projects. The Manager Program/Project Management will report directly to the Senior Manager and will primarily work with VGS Transformation Teams and the overall Change and Culture Management team to support accelerated project delivery leveraging change management best practices. The Manager Program/Project Management will work with cross-functional project leads driving transformation programs and with key suppliers; the aim is that change execution within transformation programs/projects are managed to ensure that they are delivered to a very high standard.

The Manager Program/Project Management will be viewed as a trusted business partner with sought-after expertise to support the effective implementation of planned change initiatives by deploying a structured change process that employs a holistic set of tools to drive successful individual and organizational change. The Manager Program/Project Management will ensure that best practice project management and change management methodologies are applied from initiation through delivery, ensuring that change, risk, and timelines are achieved to the highest standard.

Providing a human-centered approach to project management and strategic communications caring for the people side of transformationSupporting and leading the development and execution of various types of operational and strategic business initiatives and projects, primarily focused on highly complex cross-functional initiatives where a high degree of culture change is required for successSupporting communication efforts that enable the delivery and management of key communicationsAssessing change impacts to an organization by conducting impact analysis, change readiness assessments, and identifying key stakeholdersSupporting training efforts to build capability among change practitioners, leaders, and project leadsEnsuring project outcomes are achieved on time and on scopeImplementing solutions, facilitating engagements, and reporting operational/project status.Facilitating big data analysis and supporting teams on the understanding of data and implementing findingsProactively anticipating and working towards mitigating risks to project execution and/or stakeholder engagementSupporting the Change Agent Network and Change Sponsors by developing presentations, providing project updates, and developing communications as needed

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or a related fieldSix or more years of relevant work experienceEven better if you have one or more of the following:Change management experience and/or certificationCertification in Lean Six Sigma or PMPExperience with large-scale organizational change impacts and transformationProject management experience and/or certificationExperience with a management consulting organizationAbility to establish and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of an organizationExperienced team leader with proven facilitation, team engagement, and problem-solving experienceProven record for managing multiple simultaneous projects on time and within budgetExcellent presentation skills, including ability to create presentations using Google Slides and experience presenting to all levels of an organizationProven quantitative and analytical skills, including ability to conduct outside/inside research and analyze data
