Dewberry is seeking a
Land Development focused Senior Project Manager
for its New Jersey locations. The qualified individual will have the responsibility to manage multi-disciplined land development design projects and assist the department manager in managing client relationships, developing and pursuing new clients and project opportunities, and managing multi-disciplined project staff. Scope of work will include proposal preparation, land development planning and design, client and regulatory agency coordination, schedule and budget management, and marketing of land development services to current and prospective clients.Responsibilities
Marketing of land development servicesProposal and presentations preparationSite planning and civil engineering designRegulatory permittingExpert testimony at public hearingsStaffing coordinationProject schedulingProject financial managementClient relationship managementRequired Skills & Required Experience
BS in Civil Engineering required or relatedAt least 15 years of directly related experienceProfessional licensure in NJ and/or NYSelf-motivated with excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage and work as part of multi-disciplined project teamsProven track record of maintaining an independent client following and strong client relationshipsA thorough understanding of the land development design, permitting, and approval processes in NJ and ideally NYDemonstrated track record of completing projects on time and within budgetDriving is a requirement of the position.
