Key Responsibilities:Administrative Duties:Assist Nursing Administration in planning curriculum adjustments based upon industry changes and Nursing Practice Act.Work with faculty in identifying at-risk students and assist in the preparation of Academic Success Plan (ASP).Serve as campus representative on national curriculum committee.Assist Director of Nursing Education (DON) and/or Associate Director Nursing (ADON) with processing students to graduate status.Provide licensure statistics necessary for internal reports, Board of Nursing, and accrediting bodies.Participate in student interviews for entry and re-entry into the program.Assist, plan, and monitor end of course and Exit exams.Coordinate licensure preparation efforts with stakeholders including other LRAs, administrative assistant, Director of Nursing and the Associate Director of Nursing.Other duties as assigned.Remediation Duties:Complete and track progress student remediation plans.Review of student final comprehensive exam and access to remediation modules.Organize weekly tutorial sessions and follow-up tutorials to assist graduates with creation and completion of remediation plans.Confirm student and graduate completion of remediation and greenlight process.Recommend and proctor additional testing for students and/or graduates assigned based on student and/or graduate academic and licensure preparation needs.Join the Mission: At Concorde you're a partner in shaping healthcare's future. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required.Must meet State Board of Nursing requirements for instructor positions including current unencumbered RN state license.Must have knowledge of NCLEX examination blueprint and test taking strategies.Must have knowledge of administrative procedures, and knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment at a level generally required through 5 years of related experience.Strong customer service skills and ability to critically think will be required to assist students with individual needs and concerns.Compensation:
