1POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Project Management & Foreign Object Debris (FOD) Specialist to join our data center commissioning team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale, mission-critical projects, ensuring that all foreign object debris is identified, removed, and documented to uphold safety and operational standards. This role requires a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and a keen understanding of FOD practices in mission critical environments. This position may require up to 50% travel to various data center locations.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Lead and manage the identification and removal of FOD during initial energization of data center infrastructure equipment during the construction and commissioning phase.Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including construction, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure project timelines and safety standards are met.Develop and implement FOD control and prevention strategies.Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety protocols.Maintain detailed records of all FOD incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures.Develop and maintain inspection reports.Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure all FOD policies and procedures are clearly communicated and enforced.Oversee project timelines, budget, and resource allocation.Prepare detailed reports and provide updates to senior management on project status.Schedule FOD personnel for onsite work and personnel work hours management.Manage travel expense budget.Must be a US CITIZEN.QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or relevant field experience.3+ years of experience in FOD management, preferably in mission-critical environments.Strong knowledge of FOD control standards and safety regulations.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.Computer Skills:

Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).Certificates and Licenses:

PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.FOD Prevention Program Certification (or willingness to obtain).OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).First Aid/CPR Certification preferred.Additional Information:

This role may require up to 50% travel, both domestically and internationally, depending on project locations.Must be able to work in high-security environments and pass background checks required for data center access.Supervisory Responsibilities:

Directly supervises employees in the project management department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.Physical Demands:
