Reporting to the Senior Director, Operational Excellence, Lean & Continuous Improvement, as the Senior Staff Business Process Manager (BPM), you will be responsible for serving as the lead change agent for the development and implementation of major process improvement ideas throughout the entire enterprise outside of operations.Responsibilities will specifically be focused on standardizing business processes and creating process improvement initiatives, including automation and digitization, that enable short-, mid-, and long-term cost savings and efficiencies with the strongest ROI.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic Thinking:

Plans and makes both long-term strategic thinking and day-to-day decisions within the framework of the organization's strategic intent.Continuous Improvement:

Lead and mentor teams in conducting value stream analyses, kaizen events, root cause analyses, and DMAIC methodologies.Operational Excellence:

Drive excellence in operational metrics including cycle time, throughput, yield, and quality.Problem Solving & Decision Making:

Able to identify problems, solve them, and show good judgment.Develop Relationships:

Builds and maintains relationships that incorporate cooperation, trust, and respect.Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and drive operational excellence.Project Management:

Coordinates projects by developing project plans and managing project team activities.Change Management:

Champion a culture of change and innovation.Performance Measurement:

Drive lean events that significantly contribute to improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Training and Development:

Provide leadership and support in training and developing employees in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in business management, industrial engineering or other related field or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred.Minimum of 8 years of experience in business management systems, process improvements, or project management.Strong expertise in Lean methodologies and Six Sigma tools.Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of driving successful Lean and Six Sigma transformations.Willingness to travel as needed.The pay range for this role in Livermore, California is between $163,400 and $214,410.
