Overview:The Sales Canvassing Manager plays a crucial role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue. You will lead a team of canvassers as a producing manager who will engage with potential customers in various neighborhoods to generate leads and promote our roofing division. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a strategic mindset to maximize the team's performance.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:

Lead, train, and mentor a team of canvassers to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets. Provide ongoing support and guidance to improve their skills and overall performance. It is expected that you lead from the front.Canvassing Strategy:

Develop and execute an effective canvassing strategy to identify target neighborhoods, set goals, and create a schedule to maximize lead generation and customer engagement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt canvassing strategies as needed.Lead Generation:

Oversee the execution of door-to-door canvassing activities, including the distribution of promotional materials, capturing leads, and collecting valuable market insights.Sales Training:

Run weekly sales meetings with the canvassing department. Provide training and continuous coaching to the canvassing team on effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and objection handling.Performance Analysis:

Monitor the team's daily activities and results, regularly analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Responsible for managing the budget allocated for canvassing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.Reporting:

Generate reports on sales activities, lead generation, and performance metrics to share with senior management. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
