We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to passionately support our HR mobile module. This Senior Product Manager position at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is responsible for helping define and deliver a world-class Design System for UKG. This individual will help shape the new integrated vision that will propel UKG to the next level. The Sr. Product Manager will provide input to the overall vision of the product working alongside Product Leaders in our HR mobile product. They will take responsibility for how features are built; helping the cross functional team of developers, designers, and testers understand vision and priority.

About The Role

Manages the backlogPrioritizes features and requirements to meet goals on time with qualityOwns definition and contributes to the direction of features for a productBreaks features into vertically sliced stories and clearly communicates these requirements to engineers and designers via user stories, use case scenarios and acceptance criteria to help focus the team on solving the right challengesMaintains product metricsHas a passion for data driven decision making. Experience implementing and using product metrics to drive decisionsClearly defines metric goals and the right mechanisms to collect, track, report and react to the dataManages the team’s metrics dashboard and continuously improves it.Collaborate across the organizationClosely collaborates with Sales, Services, and Support teams to ensure their needs are being metClosely collaborates with other teams to clearly understand dependencies and drives the solutioning processAssists services and engineering troubleshooting product escalations from customers.Drives the team forwardInspire and lead development team with manager’s support but not authorityIdentifies and proposes process changes including planning and success measurements

Qualifications

About you,

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business or technology-related field, or equivalent work experience3+ years working as a Product Manager or Business Analyst in an agile software development environment or knowledge of HR products and software.The ability to be onsite 3 days per week in our Weston office

Preferred Qualifications

Experience delivering HCM & Mobile software productsExperience in Enterprise SaaS offerings, particularly in delivering resilient, scalable solutionsAbility to work collaboratively and manage multiple concurrent projects that cross functional boundaries and organizational levels to drive resultsAbility to work independently to define and prioritize product featuresAnalytical skills to understand product vision and break it into smaller but still valuable piecesRecord of delivering features on time with quality and value (with an ability to modify scope)Familiarity working with software development methods such as continuous integration, continuous delivery, unit testing, modules, agile development, etc.Inclusive and supportive of others with different perspectives and backgroundsComfortable working in a highly technical environment, working with software development and User Experience teamsExperience working with a team abroadFamiliarity with mapping user flows, and understanding how people use complex products or broad suites
