As a prospective employee of Nightwing, you’ll have the chance to contribute to our continued success and shape the future of our cybersecurity, intelligence, and services offerings.Responsibilities Include:Providing Systems Engineering project leadership in support of a large, leading edge cybersecurity system.Leading and facilitating program & team-related Agile events (PI Planning, Release Governance, Stand-Ups, Sprint Planning, etc.) while maintaining all artifacts (Backlogs, Decisions, Blockers, etc.).Eliminating impediments and actively addressing issues so that the team can remain focused on achieving the objectives of the Program Increment (PI).Escalating as needed when blocking issues are beyond a team’s authority or require support from other teams.Fostering a collaborative team environment through coaching & leading appropriately.Leading and facilitating preparation & readiness for ART events & assisting teams in preparation for ART activities (e.g., PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, etc.).Collaborating within Agile Scrum teams as a key contributor responsible for the design, test and implementation of advanced cybersecurity infrastructure capabilities.Reviewing high quality technical documentation, including user guides, test plans, and contract deliverable items and supporting product training.Development of risk assessments and risk mitigation countermeasures.Defining and communicating a shared technical and architectural vision.Leading Agile Scrum teams in the system design and implementation of advanced, cloud-oriented autonomous cybersecurity capabilities.Interfacing directly with customers, stakeholders, and end-users regarding capability architectures, requirements, use cases, and stories to derive, develop and decompose next-cycle updates and specifications.Full lifecycle oversight of requirements driven automation architecture.Required Skills:U.S. Citizenship.Must be able to obtain Public Trust approval prior to employment and have the ability to upgrade to a Secret clearance.Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.Proven leadership skills and meaningful experience successfully leading projects.Demonstrated experience with Lean-Agile principles, metrics, and technology and/or experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean Thinking, Lean Six Sigma.Experience communicating with senior leadership, either at Customer, VP, or Director levels.Ability to shape key stakeholder direction and influence outcomes through the analysis of information and identification of relevant facts.Independently driven, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.10+ years of professional experience in a technology related field.4+ years direct experience with AWS cloud deployment and management tools.5+ years direct experience in either complex autonomous package builds, autonomous api driven backends, infrastructure automation and orchestration, event driven micro-service architectures, orchestrated infrastructure automation, or configuration driven deployments.2+ years of experience in either AWS, MS Azure or GCP.Experience working in an Agile development environment in a leadership role.Possesses or quickly develops a comprehensive understanding of Government Information Security policies, regulations, and guidelines.Strong working knowledge in automating the deployment of infrastructure.Desired Skills:Experience leading teams and projects at either the tech lead or product owner level.Familiarity with Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira, Git, Ansible, Chef, AWS lambda, terraform or cloud native tools like CloudFormation.Programming/Scripting experience (Java, Javascript, .Net, Python, Ruby, Bash).Familiarity with using, updating, and programmatically manipulating Linux and Windows.Experience with NTP, DNS, Networking, LDAP, or Software repositories.Experience with branching and release strategies, CI/CD Pipelines.AWS cloud technology knowledge and implementation experience.Experience designing and implementing event driven microservice architectures.Experience in technical oversight of individuals and projects.Experience working in DevOps and/or DevSecOps environments.Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) knowledge and experience.Experience with agile tools, including Jira and Jira Align.Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical field. Two years of related work experience may be substituted for each year of degree level education.Desired Certifications:

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Experience with Google Cloud, Experience with Azure Services Certifications related to Agile development and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Practitioner (SP) or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).The salary range for this role is 130,000 USD - 272,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
