If you are looking for a company where you are part of a family, then Rite Rug is the place for you!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Develop and maintain positive customer relationshipsDetermine customer needs and match appropriately with our productsPromote and sell all Rite Rug flooring products and servicesProvide measurements for installationReceive and process payments according to Rite Rug proceduresFollow up to ensure that the job is completed to the customer’s satisfactionDevelop a thorough knowledge of all flooring productsPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:MUST have one year of sales experienceHave earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.Be able to multi-task and prioritize the duties required.Exhibit effective oral and written communication skills.Be able to work independently and problem solve.Must be comfortable using technology, i.e., computers, tablets, smartphones.
