real estate sales volume and we are looking to add a dynamic Sales Associate to our team.Please note that you will be required to work in any of our communities within the surrounding suburbs of Greensboro, Winston-Salem, or High Point, NC. We are currently hiring for the following communities:Bowman's Place - Mebane, NCRich Fork Heights - High Point, NCCaleb's Creek - Kernersville, NCArdmore Townhomes - Winston-Salem, NCWilkes Ridge - Lexington, NCCovington Ridge - NEW community coming in Thomasville, NC!Average annual sales income is $150,000-$300,000+What you’ll do:
Sell new, high-quality homes in beautiful communities throughout your territory, while working with and learning from an industry-leading sales team.Highlights:High Earnings Potential

requiredStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
requiredAbility to work weekends on a regular basis
requiredAbility to work in a fast-paced environment within a team-centered environment
requiredFormal sales training, B2B sales, broker and leadership experience
preferredHigh School diploma or GED
