What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage and execute implementation plans for ONESOURCE Indirect Tax products, including project scope and staff resource directionServe as the primary contact for clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring effective communication and serviceFacilitate meetings with project sponsors and stakeholders to drive project successIdentify and develop upsell opportunities within assigned customer projectsRecommend optimal system configurations and business processes based on industry best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):Minimum educational requirement: Degree or professional qualification in Tax or Accounting (e.g., ACA, ACCA, ATT, CTA)Minimum of 5 years of experience in indirect tax law (e.g., VAT, GST), research, or consultingProven experience in project management, including managing technology implementationsProficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with integrating third-party enterprise tax products (e.g., Sabrix, Taxware, Vertex)Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a methodical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or PMP)Experience with process analysis, design, mapping, and re-engineeringUnderstanding of end-to-end financial processes (i.e., OTC or PTP) and systemsHigh-powered analytical skills with the ability to comprehend complex conceptsExperience working with management-level resources at ONESOURCE Partners (e.g., KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture)
