We desire a motivated project manager with strong experience in healthcare projects. Requirements include:5 years minimum of construction experience.At least 3 years of experience with estimating/preconstruction responsibilities.Work cross-functionally with other staff throughout the construction process.Possess strong communication skills.Ability to build a network of clients and owners in selected commercial markets.Show a deep expertise in all aspects of estimating.We are offering a base salary starting at $150,000, which can be negotiated depending on the experience of the applicant. Dallas-Fort Worth, TexasWe are seeking an experienced commercial construction superintendent to join an exciting and growing general contractor, with projects located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
Requirements include:Must have over 5 years’ experience as a superintendent.Project list must include projects with a minimum value of $15m.Ability to orchestrate and coordinate subcontractors and field staff.Understand the safety procedures on the job sites.Possess strong leadership and communication skills.Must be able to walk the site and lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs on occasion.Benefits include 401k, medical, dental, and vision insurance.
