Guide & lead Customer(s) through a sales process that is initiated through the internet, in-person, or phone with support from our Sales ManagementUnderstand and implement the Dealership’s CRM SoftwarePresent and demonstrate inventory both in-person and virtually through videoOffer payment and lease options for selected vehiclesCreate and execute strategies for increasing market shareReview monthly plans and goals with sales leadershipMaintain Customer Service Index, and monthly units to dealership standardsRemain up-to-date on products, market trends and certificationThe Requirements
