We are seeking a Finance Digital Transformation Business Analyst to spearhead intricate projects focused on enhancing data quality and integrity across our Corporate Data lake. In this role, you will drive the development of business processes using robotic process automation (RPA) software and other applicable tools. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in troubleshooting business challenges related to data integrity and RPA.Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate on complex projects spanning various departments or cross-functional teams.Oversee RPA Bot processing schedules, ensuring the timely deployment of Bot Developed processes within the accounting and finance divisions.Contribute to the training and mentorship of RPA Citizen Developer team members, offering guidance on best practices for developing processes using UiPath automation software.Aid in the creation of training materials and change management documents delineating standard operating procedures for implementing robotic process automations, as well as initiatives involving MicroStrategy and Power BI.Act as a liaison with the IT Business Intelligence team, collaborating on the development of business cases and the delivery of strategic data solutions.Generate sophisticated reports to address the needs of business users and management requests.Assist in system acceptance testing and provide troubleshooting support as needed.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.Preference for experience as a UiPath - RPA developer.Minimum of 2 years of relevant and progressive experience in specialized areas, including Finance and/or Accounting, RPA, SaaS-driven e-Commerce initiatives, and familiarity with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Understanding and experience in applying a customer service IT approach.Experience within the financial services sector.Familiarity with the insurance industry.Knowledge of current IT trends within the industry, including social and mobile technologies.Interested in hearing more?
