TMC, a LinQuest company is seeking a Program Control Associate II to join our team. This is a remote position. The ability to obtain a DoD security clearance is required.

The Program Control Associate II will provide pricing and other financial support to both internal and external customers. The Program Control Associate II will collaborate with other team members to ensure that all budgeting, scheduling and coordination processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Gather, validate, organize and analyze finance dataSupport program management in the preparation and analysis of project financial and scheduling data and other contract and/or business-related tasks.Maintain contract budgets, spend plans, review contract billing, and monitor fundingInput project data into Costpoint, including creating PR'sMonitor program risks and opportunities including cost overruns and scheduling delaysSupport cost management of subcontractsSupport cost proposal pricingRespond to information requests from Government within the scope of the contract

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

3+ years of program control experienceBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, a related field or equivalent experienceIntermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlinesProgram Control knowledge of all types of government contractsProficiency in other Microsoft toolsStrong communication/presentation skillsAble to obtain and maintain a security clearanceExperience with Deltek CostPoint, Cognos, Unanet, Salesforce (preferred)
