Assistant Project Manager

Assist in budget analysis, cost and margin projections, estimate project changes and impacts.Develop engineering scope for projects with senior engineers and project salesmen.Perform equipment selections to satisfy engineering scope and calculated load requirements.Perform life-cycle cost analysis among system alternatives to determine energy impacts of each alternative and assist in system selection.Coordinate mechanical requirements with architects, electrical, structural, and civil engineers.Clearly identify and meet our commitments to the customer (owners, general contractors, etc.), design/construction team members (architects, electrical engineers, other trade contractors, etc.), and internal customers.Prioritize the workload to identify and complete critical path items in a timely manner consistent with the job schedule.Develop HVAC documents and drawings including, but not limited to, duct sizing and routing, air distribution selection, pipe sizing and routing.Develop plumbing documents and drawings, including but not limited to, sanitary and vent sizing, domestic cold and hot water, natural gas, and compressed air sizing and pipe routings.
