You'll be part of an amazing team of people where your skills and dedication make a big impact.Overview :Role specifics:Licenses: No Specific Licensing RequirementLocation: This role is for a full-time 1099 position - remoteHow you'll make an impact :Apply claims experience to appropriately resolve claims, via phone or email communication.Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution.Provide exceptional customer service through each step of the process.Handle claims consistent with Elite's policies, procedures, and ethics requirements.Document and communicate timely and efficiently.Investigate, evaluate, and resolve property claims, applying your claims experience and/or construction knowledge to make informed decisions and bring claims to resolution.Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities.Required Qualifications:High School DiplomaConstruction knowledge OR 5 years of Xactimate/Symbility experienceMinimum of 5 years of related claims experienceKnowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.Computer experience with related claims and business software.Desired:Bachelor's DegreeField Experience specifically with property lossesExperience Working with Vendors – Architects, Engineers, Building ConsultantsEstimate Reconciliation1099 Independent ContractorFlexible schedule$25 per hour
