The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise, industry best practices, and leadership skills to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Relationship ManagementSupport and guide client's facilities staff and service providersCoordinate and schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruptionDevelop innovative programs to reduce costs and increase productivityOversee monthly/quarterly/annual reportingManage vendor performance during normal and off-hoursComplianceEnsure adherence to standard processes, policies, and proceduresMaintain compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and relevant regulationsProcess and Operations ManagementOversee facility management services within assigned facilitiesManage facility capital and operating expense plansDevelop and execute projects supporting client goalsPerform quality assurance inspectionsManage monthly site reviews (MSRs)Onboard and manage vendors to meet scope requirementsPotential future management of remote sitesPeople ManagementEstablish strong working relationships with client's facility teamPerform additional duties as assignedSafety ManagementEnsure 100% employee safety training complianceMaintain zero recordable incidents and lost workday casesOversee safety PM and repair completionSupport vendor JHA submissionsPerformance ManagementManage CMMS system for in-house staff and contractorsMaintain accurate asset inventory and maintenance programsAchieve high client satisfaction scoresPrevent unplanned operational interruptionsImplement operational enhancements and share best practicesEnsure compliance with JLL Engineering Services Compliance ProgramClient SatisfactionRegularly meet with site POCs for feedbackAddress concerns promptlyCommunicate expectations clearlyPromote PBM and JLL cultureRequired Qualifications:

Proven experience in Class A facilities managementStrong leadership and relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in MS Office and CMMS systemsKnowledge of Class A operations, building systems, and HVAC equipmentAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesCommitment to safety and environmental complianceIf you're a seasoned facilities management professional ready to lead and innovate in a dynamic Class A environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity with JLL.Estimated total compensation for this position:
