Project ManagementActively engage in planning and implementation of the system, including preparing work plans and tracking progressPrepare and deliver relevant training materials and programsSupport and accompany new users of the productManage multiple customers assimilation programsRoutinely monitor the system performanceMaintain excellent relationship and communication with our business partnersMonitor and ensure adherence to Quality Assurance Standards and customer satisfaction performance metricsParticipate at conferences and exhibitionsDeliver activity, consistent with KPIs agreed with management, to achieve the required and timely plan is in place and actionedDevelop and maintain high level of knowledge of the evolving product functionality, services, pricing, competition, market and industry trendsMaintain accurate business records, accurately recording activity in the Company’s IT systems, in line with company guidancePrepare management reports, consistent with management directionMaintain high standards of business conduct and compliance, adhering particularly to management direction, company’s values, policies and local codes of practice and lawThis position collaborates closely with US technical operations managerThis position collaborates closely with the parent company business development managementThe main purpose of this field-based position is to support cattle feedlots to implement and operate TAGim – a patented smart ear-tag system for real-time monitoring of cattle health.Overall success in this role is measured by developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with customers, to secure feedyards engagement with and assimilation of TAGim system into their routines.Company Information
