Hill International is seeking a Sr Project Manager in New Brunswick, New Jersey
Responsibilities:
Fully responsible for the direction and execution of every project phase.Manages one or more projects of moderate complexity.Planning and Scheduling - uses planning tools to hold a complex project on schedule and coordinate parallel activities. Coordinate with facilities, EHS, QA, etc. Manage external factors such as planning and inspections.Financial management - develop capital budgets, obtain approvals for and adhere to project scope. Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to keep project within budget. Use guidelines and GSS agreements. Make cash flow projections. Make effective use of SAP and budgeting tools. Manage life cycle costs. Take advantage of business opportunities and manage risks.Risk Management - design projects that are reliable and safe for those who use them and for the environment. Ensure compliance with all regulations. Consider the potential impact construction and on-time performance will have on the business should it cause an interruption.Innovation - seeks innovative and novel approaches for design, function, and construction.Assures that value engineering, constructability reviews, and similar processes are effectively utilized to minimize capital expenditures and maximize functional value.Interact with all levels of site and all departments involved in project requirements, including but not limited to procurement, engineering, quality, safety, and technical services.Demonstrates leadership, team skills, self-confidence, and effective decision making throughout a project.Assures compliance with good engineering practices, Company policies, regulations, and codes.Provides technical support to operations.Manages a safe project.
Minimum Requirements:
