Remote - US - United States of AmericaAbout the RoleAs a CBRE Program Sr. Manager, you will manage a team responsible for facilitating medium to large, complex, cross-functional projects and programs and the associated team.This job is part of the Program Management function, responsible for the creation and delivery of strategic programs representing major company initiatives.What You’ll DoProvide formal supervision to employees, including training and development.Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff.Set and track staff and department target dates.Mentor and coach as needed.Lead all aspects of large cross-functional projects or programs from end to end using a formal process.Ensure that all functions remain on schedule and any issues are raised and resolved.Maintain relationships in support of programs.Work with key partners to develop solutions and guide project teams throughout delivery.Build & distribute routine PMO reports, including status reports and updated Gantt charts.Apply knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing objectives.Showcase expertise in own job field and in-depth knowledge of other job subject areas within the organization.Mentor others to develop in-depth knowledge and expertise in most or all areas within the function.Impact the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service objectives across multi-discipline teams.Contribute to new products, processes, standards, and/or operational plans in support of achieving functional goals.Communicate difficult ideas with the ability to influence.What You’ll NeedBachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Expert organizational skills with a sophisticated inquisitive mentality.Highly sophisticated math skills, including the ability to calculate figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.Why CBRE?When you join CBRE, you become part of a global leader in commercial real estate and investment services that help businesses and people thrive. The minimum salary for the Sr. Program Manager position is $120,000 annually and the maximum is $140,000 annually. The compensation offered will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
