Hall Virginia Beach has 6 busy locations and we are looking to hire an experienced Used Car Sales Manager immediately.Hall is a Division of fast-growing MileOne Autogroup, and our size allows us to provide opportunities for growth that stand-alone dealerships and smaller groups can't provide.Automotive Sales Manager candidates must have a proven track record for success and the ability to coach and train their sales team to be successful. MileOne has a strong and committed sales staff with many years of experience in satisfying our customers' needs and we need a manager capable of taking this team to the next level.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:Hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all salespeopleResponsible for managing a sales team to drive traffic through appointmentsMake manager appointment confirmation phone callsConduct daily and weekly sales meetingsForecast goals and objective for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basisProvide dealer with accurate floor traffic control data on a daily basisREQUIREMENTS2+ years Automotive Sales Management experienceProven ability to close the saleAbility to “think on your feet”Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfactionBasic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency and general mathematic skillsValid Driver’s License, with no more than two moving violations in last 3 yearsEMPLOYEE ADVANTAGE:MileOne believes that taking care of our employees is the most important step in creating a positive workplace and a successful company.
