is looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Representative to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The Front Office Representative will manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering phone calls, and handling inquiries. Atlanta, GAKey Responsibilities:Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff in a warm and professional manner.Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and inquiries to the appropriate department or personnel.Manage and maintain the front office area, ensuring it is neat and organized at all times.Provide basic and accurate information to visitors and clients, including answering general inquiries.Manage the sign-in and registration process for guests and visitors.Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries in a timely manner.Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as necessary.Coordinate office supplies inventory, ensuring front office supplies are always available.Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and copying documents as required.Assist other departments with administrative support as needed.Maintain security by following procedures such as monitoring the sign-in system and issuing visitor badges.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as a receptionist or administrative assistant are a plus.Proven experience as a front office representative, receptionist, or similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment such as printers and fax machines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in fast-paced environments.Strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Bonus Points:Competitive salary.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.401(k) retirement plan with company match.Professional development opportunities.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
