Project Support & Operations:Assist in managing daily operations and project tasks to ensure efficient workflow.Collaborate with the project management team to oversee project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.Provide administrative support, including document preparation, report generation, and communication with stakeholders.Schedule Management:Coordinate construction crews and subcontractors, ensuring that all parties are informed and aligned with project timelines.Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and ensure timely project completion.Crew & Subcontractor Coordination:Facilitate effective communication between construction crews, subcontractors, and project managers.Ensure that all team members have the resources and information needed to complete their tasks efficiently.Requirements:
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction industry.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency with JobTread and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, etc.).Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Salary and Benefits:
Base Salary:
$50K - 75KCommissions:
