Sr. Project Manager

for

Commercial Masonry Construction

projects up to $20MM.The

Sr. Project Manager

will serve as the company’s point of contact both with the client and with the construction team when required. You will engage in and influence the safety culture and have the authority to make decisions on the General Contractor’s behalf about such items as cost and schedule.Title:

Sr. Project Manager - Commercial Masonry Construction (5+ years)Project Types:

Stadiums, Hospitals, Mid/High-Rise Buildings, Schools/UniversitiesDuties & Responsibilities:Oversee & Direct the project schedules and budgets for successful completion of each project.Set up and implement job procedures and techniques to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval, and material delivery.Oversee and develop and maintain a good relationship with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors.Be a market leader and develop new business for the Orlando branch.Provide the client with value-engineered solutions when applicable.Work with Superintendents to develop safety plans and to implement safety procedures.Manage project deliverables.Oversee and mentor the project staff to foster a positive team setting.Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 5+ years of commercial masonry construction.Exposure to/familiarity with masonry/concrete construction.BS in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, NOT required.Strong communication skills with clients, subcontractors, and design consultants.Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Your Right to Work - In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
