On site, manufacturers rely on our expertise in providing full management of these gases, advanced molecules and equipment and in helping to continuously improve production processes.The Dallas Chemical Center Operations Team is responsible for comprehensive supply chain management for our semiconductor manufacturing customers. This service requires relationships with hundreds of high purity chemical and gas suppliers and the management of those chemicals for the duration of their supply chain journey, from manufacturing to installation.How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Provide supply chain services and support. Interface with customers regarding forecast, consumption, and material shortages. Act as a liaison between the customer and the supplier. Work with suppliers to ensure material availability and resolve quality issues.Responsible for planning and management of third party chemicals and cylinder gases.Interface with customers to resolve issues including those with forecasts and non-delivered orders. Ensure that all stock-out situations are resolved in a timely manner.Interface with supplier to ensure that deliveries are on time, correct inventory levels are maintained, and non-conforming material is returned in a timely manner.Provide feedback to customers and management when actual usage varies significantly from forecast and it is impacting inventory levels.Maintain a list of all supplier contacts.Elevate all critical inventory shortage situations to all parties affected and the appropriate levels of management.Perform analysis of inventory based on systems reports.Communicate inventory issues using developed inventory tools.Create and maintain spreadsheets for monthly/yearly chemical usage.Works closely with customers to manage customer chemical and gas purchase orders.Maintains good inventory and ensures non-conforming inventory is minimized.Supports business initiatives to improve processes and efficiencies.Exercise discretion with regard to inventory planning to ensure the customer's needs are met, including performing required analyses, making decisions, and taking action accordingly to rectify the situation.Minimum Requirements
