About Us:

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring the worldwide on-time delivery of premium wines, beers, and spirits to our airline customers. As a Forecasting and Planning Analyst, you’ll collaborate closely with the Sr. Manager of Forecasting to develop and execute strategic plans that keep our global supply chains running smoothly.

What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our supply chain operations, responsible for creating accurate forecasts, managing inventory, and ensuring seamless communication between caterers, airline personnel, and our internal teams. You’ll work with multiple systems to coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and third-party providers, making sure everything from forecasting to purchasing to reporting is executed flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Forecasting:

Extract and analyze data from customer systems to generate a rolling monthly forecast based on current inventories, open inbound orders, and expected consumption.

Collaborate with suppliers to confirm volumes and delivery cycles.

Proactively identify and address delivery and inventory issues.

Provide forecast information to suppliers and warehouses to ensure smooth operations.

Coordinate with freight forwarders for successful deliveries.

Lead weekly internal meetings with key stakeholders.

Purchasing:

Submit requisitions and purchase orders for inbound airline-owned products.

Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

Communicate any issues directly to the Sr. Manager for immediate resolution.

Address service failures and recommend efficient recovery solutions.

Manage relationships with distribution centers to handle irregular operations and escalate issues as needed.

Work with carriers and suppliers to resolve inbound service disruptions.

Plan and coordinate inter-warehouse transfers.

Analysis & Reporting:

Maintain a comprehensive database of production and distribution lead times.

Submit monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicators) reports as required by customers.

Ensure appropriate stock rotation in distribution centers.

Create and deliver other relevant reports as directed by the manager.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in the transportation or supply chain industry, with a strong preference for experience in forecasting, purchasing, and inventory management is a plus

A background in the airline industry is a plus.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work with varying levels of management, including senior executives.

Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Excellent analytical, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
