Experience working within a globally diverse team, leading engagement teams to simulate adversarial threat simulation. Possess excellent time management and organizational skills to coordinate engagement planning, execution, and reporting in line with defined timelines to define quality levels. Demonstrate determination and passion for red teaming and an appetite to develop and maintain technical and leadership skills to required levels.This role is remote.Salary:

Minimum $142,000 - Maximum $167,000Note:

To provide a primary liaison service between the business, technology, and security functions, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information, and supporting the mitigation of security risk.Accountabilities:Collaboration with stakeholders to understand their security requirements in business processes and IT projects, enhancing overall risk management.Execution of risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential cybersecurity threats that could impact the bank's operations and data, guiding the implementation of mitigation strategies and communicating findings to relevant senior stakeholders.Collaboration with business units to develop and implement security policies and procedures for the bank's operations aligned to the risk management framework.Management of the implementation, testing, and monitoring of security controls across the bank's IT systems to ensure the effectiveness of controls and mitigation of risk.Execution of training content and sessions to educate employees, enhance cybersecurity awareness, and provide guidance on safe online practices.Management of complex cybersecurity incidents by collaborating with IT teams and response experts to effectively resolve cases through analysis, expertise support, and project supervision.Identification of emerging cybersecurity trends, threats, and new technologies to address potential risks by advocating the adoption of new security solutions.Assistant Vice President Expectations:Consult on complex issues, providing advice to People Leaders to support the resolution of escalated issues.Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.Perform work that is closely related to that of other areas, requiring understanding of how areas coordinate and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organization sub-function.Collaborate with other areas of work for business-aligned support areas to keep up to speed with business activity and strategy.Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources of information, internal and external, to solve problems creatively and effectively.Communicate complex information, which could include sensitive information or information that is difficult to communicate because of its content or audience.Influence or convince stakeholders to achieve outcomes.All colleagues will be expected to demonstrate the Barclays Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Stewardship – our moral compass, helping us do what we believe is right.
